The hero, the explorer, the adventurer, the mystic, the caregiver....and create a clear narrative for ourselves. We look into our limiting beliefs that prevent us making changes. Stepping out of our comfort zone and embracing uncomfortable situations that will launch us into more of what we desire. We reframe limiting thoughts and look at our abilities from a positive light.. we set new routines and embody our new idea of self and create our life to compliment this. We look at our wounds and stories and how to use this to help others through what we share and create. We look at our own Golden thread.. the things that never leave us and are in our life for a reason.
